Happy customers

We endevour to make sure that all our product is in great condition before it leaves our warehouse, occasionally you may need to return your item, please follow the instructions for the type of return you wish to make. We will do our very best to make you  happy in any eventuality.

Unwanted Items return

If you are not satisfied with your product within 14 days of receiving it, you have a right to return it. Please email returns@bottlebuddi.co.uk to inform us you would like a refund. You then have 14 days to return the product to us and we will issue you a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please note that in this case we will not refund any postage fees (except if the goods are faulty or if you have received the wrong product)

We would advise you to use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey to Bottle Buddi.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong colour and the product is still new in its packaging we are more than happy to offer an exchange wherever possible. Please email returns@bottlebuddi.co.uk to let us know you would like an exchange and then return the product to the following address:

Faulty or Incorrect Item Returns

You have a right to return any faulty goods within 6 months from the purchase date. Please email us at returns@bottlebuddi.co.uk and let us know what the problem is.

Items sent back to us will undergo a inspection and It may be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Once we have received your item back we will inform you how we will proceed.

Please note: Items over 30 days old may need to be sent off for repair before we can consider a refund/replacement. Our returns team will inform you if this is the case.

If your order was incorrect please email us at returns@bottlebuddi.co.uk and let us know what was wrong.

Please keep your postage receipt and we will refund return postage costs up to 5 GBP once the item has been received.

Please note we can only accept returns from the person who originally purchased the item.
